1969, a Wooden Wick Soy Wax romantic candle created with Rose, Lavender, Patchouli, Egyptian aromatic resin oil and notes of woods.
Note Profile:
Top: Rose Absolute
Middle: Patchouli, aromatic resin
Base: Lavender, Cashmere
A beautiful and nostalgic candle with so many layers! A base of soft Cashmere and hints of lavender, warmed up with patchouli and a top note of pure Rose Absolute oil.
The year of Woodstock, Neil Armstrong walking on the moon, Sesame Street debuted on TV and The Beatles' last public performance. The world turned its eyes to the US watching the bell bottom, tie dyed clad kids of America protest, resist and attempt to shift the thinking of the world.
This scent will make you nostalgic for a place you've likely never been or long for the days of peace and love.
This hand blended candle is married with pure soy wax made from responsibly grown Midwest soy beans and lit with patented Lumetique wood wicks with booster wick. These candles provide a robust crackle and clean, even burn every time they are lit.
We hand make our candles from the very beginning to the final touches. Our scents are custom blends added to Midwest soy wax flakes and cooked at the perfect controlled temperatures. We even control the cooling to create the perfect frosting on our candle finishes. Finally we trim the wicks and add our own labels we print in shop. We control every step of the process to ensure the perfect illumination every time and consistency of fragrance.
This candle is infused with Rose Absolute and natural essential oils, including Lavender and Patchouli.
Offered in an 8 Oz brown glass jar

ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITIES
Are scented candles and skincare products triggers for asthma or allergies?
Although millions of Americans regularly use scented products without any negative effects, it is always possible that a particular fragrance might trigger a negative reaction in a very small percentage of sensitive individuals. Individuals with known sensitivities to specific fragrances may want to avoid products of those scents. In addition, consumers should remember to burn all candles, whether scented or unscented, in a well-ventilated area and test skincare products in a small area before use.
**Cleaning out your candle jar to reuse it
Hot water can be used to easily and safely remove wax. Place the candle on a stable surface protected with a towel or newspaper.
Use a spoon to remove as much wax as you can. Pour very hot water into the container ( I use a regular fill from my coffee pod machine), leaving room at the top. The hot water will melt the wax and it will float to the top.
Let the water cool overnight and simply pop out the wax âcookieâ that formed on top of the water.
Strain the water to get rid of any small wax bits (Donât pour wax down the drain) !
I pour mine into a used coffee filter after Iâve brewed a pot and toss the filter, coffee and wax (remove wick tab) into my compost.
Wipe any remaining wax and clean with hot soap and water or pop it in the dishwasher.**
